Delete Your Account

You can delete your BeSocialz account and personal data at any time — directly inside the app, or by sending us a request. This page explains both options, what gets deleted, and what we are required to keep. BeSocialz is operated by Nextgen BeSocialz Network Private Limited.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the BeSocialz app. Just follow this path:

  1. Open the BeSocialz app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account preferences.
  3. Scroll down and tap the red Delete Account button.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deactivated immediately.

The Delete Account button is shown in red at the bottom of Account preferences so it is easy to find.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you — no login or reinstall required. Email us from the address registered to your account:

Send it to support@besocialz.com with the subject "Delete My Account". To help us verify it's really you, send it from your registered email address and include the email or phone number on your account. We'll confirm once your request is processed.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:

What we keep, and for how long

Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently erased within 90 days. A few limited records are kept beyond that only where the law requires it or to keep the platform safe:

We never sell your personal data, and deletion is permanent — a deleted account can't be restored.
