BeSocialz is a digital platform. We do not ship physical products. All services — including verification badges and premium features — are delivered instantly through the app.

Our Services Are Digital

  • All paid services are delivered digitally through the BeSocialz app
  • Services include verification badges (Blue Tick, Gold Tick) and premium features
  • No shipping charges or delivery fees apply
  • Services activate immediately after successful payment

How Activation Works

  1. You complete payment in the app
  2. Payment is confirmed by our payment provider
  3. The purchased feature is activated on your account within minutes
  4. You receive an in-app confirmation

No Physical Delivery

BeSocialz does not ship any physical items. We do not collect shipping addresses. If you have provided an address for any reason, it will not be used for delivery (and may be deleted from our records on request).

Global Availability

Our digital services are available wherever you can use the BeSocialz app — currently India, with plans for global expansion. There are no geographic shipping restrictions.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you completed a payment but the service did not activate, please:

  • Wait 15 minutes — sometimes there is a brief delay
  • Check your in-app notifications
  • If still not activated, contact support@besocialz.com with your transaction details

We will activate the service or process a refund per our Refund Policy.
